Straddling the villages of Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos, the Terrasse d'Elise estate was founded in 1998 by Xavier Braujou. The son of a winemaker, he is both talented and determined, cultivating exclusively single-varietal vineyards trained in the goblet style with very low yields.
