Chardonnay du Monde
"A great success!
This Chardonnay, with its brilliant yellow color and golden highlights, has an assertive, elegant character. The palate is full-bodied and unctuous, with good length. A perfectly balanced vintage to accompany asparagus risotto or sea bream en papillote.

Bettane & Desseauve
Domaine rated (guide 2025) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)
About the domain :
The ideal house for those who want to discover good Languedoc wines faithful to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without a winery. They mature their selected cuvées with the winegrowers from whom they buy them, respecting the flavors and terroirs of their origins. A wide gourmet range with many successful wines and a few stunning surprises.

About the wine:
Fairly deep gold. Sweet, woody nose. Slightly strange taste - as if a few drops of butterscotch flavoring had been added!

Really great. Briochey and full-bodied, just the way I like it.
