A rosé blend of Languedoc and Camargue Sables, with a friendly and appetizing style. Thanks to the suppleness and freshness provided by the Cinsault, the palate is pleasantly round and sensual, featuring tart red fruits (raspberry and garriguette in particular) and citrus notes, refreshed by a subtle hint of iodine. Good, mouth-watering length. Well-balanced, the wine lacks neither finesse nor vibrancy, though it could use a bit more complexity and personality. Nevertheless, it falls a bit short due to its price, which seems to be driven by the bottle’s aesthetic appeal. With little tannin and an alcohol content of 12.50%, this charming rosé is the perfect choice for aperitifs on the patio, but also pairs well with paella or charcoal-grilled shrimp skewers. Rating = 4.
