A rosé blend of half Languedoc and half Sables de Camargue, with a friendly and appetizing style. Thanks to the suppleness and freshness provided by the Cinsault, the palate is pleasantly round and sensual, featuring tart red fruits (particularly raspberry and garriguette) and citrus notes, refreshed by a subtle hint of iodine. Good, mouth-watering length. Well-balanced, the wine lacks neither finesse nor vibrancy—if anything, just a touch of complexity and personality. Nevertheless, it falls a bit short due to its price, which seems to be driven by the bottle’s aesthetic appeal. With very little tannin and an alcohol content of 12.50%, this charming rosé is the perfect choice for aperitifs on the patio, as well as with paella or charcoal-grilled shrimp skewers. Rating = 4.
