"A fresh and light wine—enjoy it as much as you like!"
“I’m truly impressed by the aromatic richness and balance of this low-alcohol wine. Although it’s technically semi-dry, it offers a truly refreshing and dry finish. Crystal-clear in purity. Lively notes of yellow apples, pears, and citrus, with even a hint of spring flowers. Congratulations to the team at Puech-Haut!” (Jancis Robinson 2026)

About the wine:
I’m delighted to see that Puech-Haut uses lightweight bottles, and I also really appreciate this “Chill” line of low-alcohol wines. This lovely wine, with its aromas of roses and raspberries, is a real pleasure to drink, and I can easily imagine enjoying it at a bar on a hot summer day!
