“A fresh and light wine—enjoy it to your heart’s content!”
“I am truly impressed by the aromatic richness and balance of this low-alcohol wine. Although it is technically off-dry, it offers a genuinely refreshing and dry finish. It has crystal-clear purity. Joyful notes of yellow apples, pears, and citrus, with even a hint of spring flowers. Well done to the team at Puech-Haut!" (Jancis Robinson 2026)

About the wine:
I’m thrilled to see that Puech-Haut uses lightweight bottles, and I also really like their low-alcohol “Chill” line. This lovely wine, with its aromas of roses and raspberries, is a real pleasure to drink, and I can totally picture enjoying it at a bar on a hot summer day!
