Blanc Ivoire is a delicate wine, offering aromas of white fruit and citrus. Its slightly spicy freshness lends complexity to this lively cuvée. The balance between bitterness and acidity is masterfully achieved. A truly delightful bottle!

About the estate:
Roger-François Béguinot, who made his fortune in the baby food industry, and his wife fell in love with Château Soucherie in 2007.
