Domaine Vincent Carême

Domaine Vincent Carême cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards in the Vouvray appellation, growing a single grape variety: Chenin Blanc. For several years now, the estate has been committed to organic farming (certified organic): the soil is naturally grassed between the rows and worked beneath them, and the grapes are harvested by hand.

The care lavished on the vines with passion is reflected in the cellar, where once again everything is done as naturally as possible, attuned to what Chenin Blanc has to offer at its best. This winemaker, resolutely committed to a quality-driven approach still too rare in the Loire Valley, offers a vision of an exceptional vineyard that proudly represents the wines of the Loire Valley, and has, year after year, established Domaine Vincent Carême as a benchmark within its Vouvray appellation.
