A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, along with a small amount of Viognier from the 2015, 2016, and 2017 vintages. There is a profound depth to its texture and balance. Mature but showing slight evolution on the nose, with notes of wild blackberry and leather. Fresher on the palate, with aromas of herbes de Provence, violet, and an earthy texture. This wine has not yet fully revealed its potential, but it is already delicious to drink now. Worth revisiting after 2027.
