Intense, brilliant golden color with silvery highlights
Nose
Brioche and patinated, toasted and vanilla, with aromas of ripe fruit and nuts (Brazil nuts). Fresh and floral (orange blossom and jasmine) enhanced by a hint of spice.
Mouth
Fresh and elegant attack, beautifully rounded and balanced by lively, crisp acidity. Notes of brioche, pastry, and hazelnut. Finishes with gingerbread, nicely rich and enveloping.
