Intense, brilliant golden colour with silver highlights
Nose
Brioche and patina, toasted and vanilla, with aromas of ripe fruit and nuts (Brazil nuts). Fresh and floral (orange blossom and jasmine) with a hint of spice.
Mouth
Fresh, elegant attack, lovely roundness balanced by crisp, lively acidity. Notes of brioche, pastry and hazelnut. Finishes on gingerbread, nicely fat and enveloping.
