A deep, brilliant golden color with silvery highlights
Nose
With notes of brioche and a hint of patina, toasted and vanilla-like, with aromas of ripe fruit and nuts (Brazil nuts). Fresh and floral (orange blossom and jasmine), accented by a touch of spice.
Palate
A fresh and elegant attack, with lovely roundness balanced by lively, crisp acidity. Notes of brioche, pastry, and hazelnut. The finish features notes of gingerbread, with a lovely richness and enveloping texture.
