Domaine du Colombier

When the new generation took over the estate in the early 1990s, production, which was initially intended for sale to wine merchants, was modernized to market the wines of Domaine du Colombier.

Based in the commune of Mercurol in the heart of the Hermitage appellation, Domaine du Colombier has three plots with very distinct characteristics. The largest (13 hectares), planted with Syrah, is used to produce red Crozes-Hermitage wines. The second (1.4 hectares), planted with Marsanne, is used to produce two white Crozes-Hermitage vintages. The third (1.6 hectares) is located in the Beaumes and Les Diognières areas of the Hermitage appellation.
