"The elegance of barrel-aged white Grenache"
“This wine features the iconic Roussillon duo of Grenache and Macabeu, crafted from old vines and enhanced by meticulously controlled barrel aging. With a beautiful, luminous gold color, it immediately captivates with its floral and slightly amyl-like nose. The palate, full-bodied and straightforward, combines elegance and length. We applaud its remarkable smoothness, the softness of its aromas, and its perfectly controlled power. Delicious, and sure to age well for several more years.” (Le Guide Hachette 2026)

About the estate:
Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have been at the helm of the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the property, which spans some 50 hectares of excellent terroirs at the entrance to the Agly Valley. Their gamble paid off: the entire production is bottled and sold, particularly through a network of restaurants and wine shops. A reliable choice, the estate has begun the transition to organic farming. Véronique’s daughter has just joined the venture.

A light, refreshing wine with no acidity and plenty of white fruit aromas. Very pleasant with a cold vegetable tart or a pissaladière—or simply as an aperitif!
