"A friendly, fresh and mineral white".

In the heart of the Côte Vermeille and its black schist terraces, Macabeu produces a wine with a lovely minerality, aromas of grapefruit, exotic fruit and honey, while the palate is more lemon-flavored. A cuvée full of freshness!

Note and review by M. GILLES D. Published on 26/05/2025

Good balance between roundness and liveliness brought by a stony acidity energizing a full and juicy body with aromas of grapefruit and lemon complemented by delicate notes of fresh almond. Refreshing and persistent finish with saline accents. Under the pines with friends, an unforgettable taste experience starting with an aperitif around an anchoiade, then with an octopus salad with garlic and lemon, and ending with a hearty Catalan cargolade. Score = 3.9.
