Review by Mr. Gilles D. Published on May 26, 2025
A good balance between roundness and liveliness, thanks to a stony acidity that energizes a full-bodied, juicy palate with aromas of grapefruit and lemon, complemented by delicate notes of fresh almond. A refreshing and lingering finish with salty notes. Under the pine trees with friends, an unforgettable dining experience starting with an aperitif featuring anchoiade, followed by a garlic and lemon octopus salad, and ending with a hearty Catalan clam dish. Rating: 3.9.
