Oca is a dense, majestic white wine on the palate—complex, with very pronounced mineral notes, yet full of delicacy. A gourmet white wine that pairs beautifully with delicate fish, as well as fish tartares and carpaccios... A lovely white wine from the South!

Rated estate (2024 guide): 4*Stars (Producers of the very highest quality, the pride of French viticulture)
About the estate:
Radiant. That’s surely the adjective that best describes Roc des Anges, both in terms of the style of its wines and the modern, aesthetically pleasing winery built by Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet. They built their estate from the ground up, and today it spans 45 hectares of vineyards in production. These wines are highly drinkable, with alcohol levels on the lower side for the region; careful viticulture and a well-timed harvest ensure the wines remain light and never heavy. Biodynamic farming accounts for part of this uniqueness in the Roussillon region, as does the very distinctive terroir of Montner—featuring very fine schist that behaves like sand. This estate consistently delivers some of the most delightful dry wines in the entire department.
