Julien Auroux settled in the Bergerac region in 2014 with his wife Charlotte, who joined him a few years later. A true advocate of terroir, Julien Auroux cultivates his vineyards using organic farming methods and ages his wines in the cellar without oak and with minimal intervention.
Julien Auroux aims to revive the region’s forgotten grape varieties, such as Abouriou and Mérille.
