Robert Parker

"The 2017 Saarburger Rausch Auslese ** (Golden Capsule) Riesling is intense and concentrated on the nose, with fresh and spicy aromas that hint at fine botrytis, along with notes of candied lemon and rye bread. Lush and sweet, yet refined and spicy on the palate, this is an incredibly fruity and rich Auslese with great finesse and a light yet intense and aromatic body. The finish is intense yet delicate, multidimensional, and refined. A magnificent Auslese from the Rausch in Saarburg.” (Wine Advocate 2019 - Stephan Reinhardt)
