“A German Pinot Blanc in the Burgundian style, with a wide range of fresh and candied citrus aromas. Impressive concentration and a fascinating interplay of subtle oak, the creamy character of the lees, and a touch of flinty minerality on the medium-bodied palate. Ready to drink or worth cellaring.” (James Suckling 2022)

About the wine:
Molitor's 2022 Einstern * Pinot Blanc is deep, pure, fresh, and intense, with a stony, mineral nose reminiscent of ripe yellow apples and crushed slate. Lively and refined from the very first sip, this is an invigorating, juicy, round Pinot Blanc with a silky texture, featuring succulent, flavorful fruit and an intense, aromatic finish. It is much fruitier than the Haus Klosterberg Chardonnay and juicier than the Haus Klosterberg Pinot Blanc. This is a substantial wine that pairs well with almost any fish, white meat, or cheese dish. Declared alcohol content: 12.5%. Natural cork. Tasted in September 2024. 2026–2040
