Another favorite: this crystalline, finely crafted wine offers a dense, silky-smooth palate rich in fresh fruit aromas—particularly citrus—supported by natural acidity and a lovely mineral freshness that leads the finish to a beautifully elegant, salty aftertaste. Ideal for a festive aperitif with friends featuring salty and tangy flavors (smoked trout on toast with wasabi and lime, mini shrimp croquettes, blinis with salmon roe). Rating = 4.3.

(Very) subtle sweetness, resulting in a warm, approachable profile for what is, after all, a dry Riesling
