"All the beauty of the German terroir in a precise, mineral-driven Riesling!"

“The pure flavor of yellow apples and the lively, lemony acidity on a palate that’s barely medium-bodied make this dry Mosel wine easy to enjoy. Good balance in the tart finish. Ready to drink now. Screw cap.” (James Suckling 2025)

Review and comment by Mr. GILLES D. Published on April 9, 2026

Another favorite of mine: this crystalline, finely crafted wine offers a dense, silky-smooth palate rich in fresh fruit aromas—particularly citrus—supported by natural acidity and a lovely mineral freshness that carry the finish toward a briny, elegantly long aftertaste. Ideal for a festive aperitif with friends, paired with seafood-inspired and tangy flavors (smoked trout on toast with wasabi and lime, mini shrimp croquettes, blinis with salmon roe). Rating = 4.3.

(Very) subtle sweetness, resulting in a warm and well-defined profile for a Riesling that is nonetheless dry
