Another favorite: this crystal-clear, finely crafted wine offers a dense, silky-smooth palate rich in fresh fruit aromas—particularly citrus—supported by natural acidity and a lovely mineral freshness that carry the finish into a beautifully elegant, briny aftertaste. Ideal for a festive aperitif with friends featuring salty and tangy flavors (smoked trout toast with wasabi and lime, mini shrimp croquettes, blinis with salmon roe). Rating = 4.3.

(Very) subtle sweetness, resulting in a warm and approachable profile for what is, after all, a dry Riesling
