fine dining wine

The journey continues with this Brouilly with no added sulfites, which will charm you with its crispness, fruitiness, and complexity. Very well-structured, its refined tannins lend it a beautiful, full-bodied roundness. As the wine opens up to oxygen, the palate becomes rounder and the aromatic profile evolves gently. A bottle of rare nobility with great aging potential that will surprise your friends. A marvel!

Guide Hachette des vins

Rated estate (2019 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer’s wines regularly receive awards from the guide)

About the estate:

The son and grandson of winemakers, Franck Chavy settled on a few hectares of Morgon in 1991. Through acquisitions and sharecropping arrangements, he has expanded his estate, which now covers 9.5 hectares, while establishing himself in the Guide, where he is considered a sure bet. This track record is undoubtedly due in part to his high-density vineyards (10,000 vines per hectare) and extended maceration periods.
