"A magnificent expression!"

A plot in the heart of Moulin-à-Vent, it gives life to a cuvée that smells of spices, cooked fruit, almond and liquorice... disconcerting! All this is followed by a suave palate whose length seems unstoppable!

Bettane & Desseauve

Domaine rated (guide 2023) 2*Stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more regular and homogeneous than the previous one)

About the domain :

Originally from Bresse, Anita Khunel, after a brilliant career as a road cyclist (she took part in the World Championships in Slovenia in 1996!) decided to return to the family estate that same year. There, she learned the trade of vine and wine before setting up her own winery in 2015: Domaine Anita. Today, the domaine encompasses six appellations: Moulin-à-Vent, Chénas, Morgon, Fleurie, Beaujolais and Beaujolais-villages. Anita Kuhnel is accustomed to a structured style, but each year her wines gain in precision and balance. 2017 is a great success. We're not far off the third star!
