Château Montrose

Château Montrose is an estate with 68 hectares of vineyards in the Saint-Estèphe appellation near Bordeaux. Château Montrose produces a magnificent Médoc wine classified as a Second Growth in the 1855 classification.

Owned by Martin and Olivier Bouygues since 2006, a major renovation program for the estate has been underway since the acquisition, with rigorous environmental goals. The two brothers aim to make Château Montrose a model and showcase for new technologies in sustainable development. The Saint-Estèphe AOC produced by Château Montrose is a monumental, multifaceted wine: highly complex, firm, with a long finish. A Saint-Estèphe of the highest caliber, ranking among the jewels of the Bordeaux region.
