Château Montrose

Château Montrose is an estate with 68 hectares of vineyards in the Saint-Estèphe appellation near Bordeaux. Château Montrose produces a magnificent Médoc wine classified as a second growth in the 1855 classification.

Owned by Martin and Olivier Bouygues since 2006, a vast renovation program has been launched since the purchase, with rigorous environmental objectives. The two brothers are determined to make Château Montrose a model and showcase for new technologies in sustainable development. The Saint-Estèphe AOC produced by Château Montrose is a monumental wine with many facets: very complex, firm, with a long finish. A very high-class Saint-Estèphe, one of the jewels of the Bordeaux region.
