Joseph Drouhin - Corton Grand Cru 2020
94/100
Wine Spectator
“A wonderful accompaniment to a delicious capon!”
This Corton offers aromas of candied fruit on the nose, evolving into musky and spicy notes as it ages. When young, the palate is quite full-bodied, yet without any harshness. The aromas linger for a very long time, bringing to mind the candied fruit from the initial nose.

About the estate:
The estate is now led by Frédéric Drouhin, supported by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe in the vineyards. In July 2013, it opened a wine bar in the heart of Beaune. It has found its stride and has established itself as a sure bet. The estate draws on a biodynamic vineyard particularly well-stocked with great white wines, in the Côte-de-Beaune as well as in Chablis (wines sold under the Drouhin-Vaudon label), including the famous Clos des Mouches.
