Rated estate (2020 guide) 3 stars (High-quality production, serving as a benchmark in its sector)
About the estate:
Olivier Halley, a descendant of the family that owns Promodès, a shareholder in Carrefour, bought this 40-hectare estate in 2012, including 28 hectares in Marsannay, at the same time as the Château de Meursault, and entrusted its management to Stéphane Follin-Arbelet. The cultural, technical, and human investments that had to be made because the estate had gone through a difficult period are beginning to pay off. Sylvain Pabion, after working at Bertrand Minchin's Clos Delorme, joined the château to manage the estate and the reception facilities. A large reception room can accommodate up to 350 people seated, which is rare in Burgundy's wine-growing region.
