This white Pernand-Vergelesses is all about subtlety, displaying a brilliant white-gold color and a nose that opens with white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) before evolving toward notes of amber and honey, with hints of spice as it ages. On the palate, it is a mineral, harmonious, and very approachable wine that will be the perfect companion for your festive meals.
