Pascal Clement
With a strong family heritage in winemaking and 20 years of experience working with various Burgundy estates, Pascal Clément launched his own wine trading business in Savigny-lès-Beaune in 2012. He set up shop in a 19th-century building with a vaulted cellar capable of holding 200 barrels. At the same time, Pascal Clément had a winery built, equipped with stainless steel vats.

Pascal Clément works with partner winegrowers who share the same working philosophy, namely respect for the terroir. Most of the vineyards are cultivated organically, and some are even biodynamic.

Pascal Clément's range of wines corresponds to single vineyard selections, reflecting the geology and various exposures and microclimates. It extends from the Côte de Beaune to the Côte de Nuits. In order to best express the specific characteristics of each of the selected terroirs, Pascal Clément uses only indigenous yeasts in the vinification of his wines.
