Pascal Clément
Building on his family’s winemaking heritage and 20 years of experience at various Burgundy estates, Pascal Clément launched his own wine merchant business in 2012 in Savigny-lès-Beaune. He set up shop in a 19th-century building featuring a vaulted cellar with a capacity of 200 barrels. At the same time, Pascal Clément had a winery built equipped with stainless steel tanks.

Pascal Clément works with partner winemakers who share his philosophy of respecting the terroir. Most of the vineyards are cultivated using organic farming methods, and some even use biodynamic practices.

Pascal Clément’s range of wines consists of single-vineyard selections that reflect the geology, diverse exposures, and microclimates of their terroirs. It spans from the Côte de Beaune to the Côte de Nuits. To best express the unique characteristics of each selected terroir, Pascal Clément uses only indigenous yeasts during the winemaking process.
