Rating: RVF 15.5/20
Located south of the famous village of Pommard, Clos des Poutures is a 0.66-hectare monopole nestled at the very heart of the Les Poutures Premier Cru, situated below the renowned Rugiens. A Premier Cru evoking notes of blackberry, blueberry, redcurrant, cherry pit, and ripe plum that evolve into hints of leather and pepper... A beautiful bottle!

RVF - La Revue du Vin de France / Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France
Rated estate (2022 guide) 2 stars (These very large estates, often blessed with fabulous terroirs, are must-haves which, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their production, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers).
About the estate:
This house is now run by Frédéric Drouhin, assisted by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe for the vines. In July 2013, it opened a wine bar in the heart of Beaune. It has found its stride and is establishing itself as a sure bet. The house relies on a biodynamic vineyard that is particularly well endowed with great whites, in Côte-de-Beaune but also in Chablis (wines sold under the Drouhin-Vaudon label), including the famous Clos des Mouches.
