Poncetys Estate
Created in the 17th century by a noble family from Mâcon, the estate belonged successively to the bishopric of Autun and then, when church and state were separated, it fell under the jurisdiction of the department of Saône-et-Loire.

Now run by the Mâcon-Davayé wine school, the Domaine des Poncetys vineyard covers 15 hectares of vines that have been organically farmed since 2009. An educational resource for the great winemakers of tomorrow, Domaine des Poncetys produces Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Mâcon-Davayé wines, with a genuine desire to showcase the terroir.
