Poncetys Estate
Founded in the 17th century by a noble family from Mâcon, the estate successively belonged to the Bishopric of Autun; then, following the separation of church and state, it came under the jurisdiction of the Saône-et-Loire department.

Now operated by the Mâcon-Davayé viticultural high school, the Domaine des Poncetys vineyard covers 15 hectares of vines that have been organically farmed since 2009. Serving as an educational resource for the great winemakers of tomorrow, the Domaine des Poncetys produces Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Mâcon-Davayé, with a genuine commitment to highlighting the terroir.
