“The Perfect Balance”
Here is a wonderful introduction to the "Village Rouge" wines of the Côte de Beaune. This wine is particularly expressive, fresh, and fruity, with excellent aging potential. On the palate, it offers notes of spice and blueberry, with subtle oak and an almost briny finish. A well-balanced wine—one to keep!

About the estate:
More than just a new release, it’s a rebirth. The return of this historic winery is a welcome sight. The man who brought it back to life is Laurent Delaunay. He is the great-grandson of the founder and has established himself as a leading figure in the world of approachable Languedoc wines in the mass market. It is in Burgundy, on his own land, that he once again demonstrates the full extent of his talent and vision. We particularly recommend the Nuits-Saint-Georges vintages, vinified with extreme care and a focus on tannin extraction that yields voluptuous, tender wines that are always well-structured. The entire range is impeccable.

About the estate:
Laurent and Catherine Delaunay, founders of the Badet-Clément wine house in Nuits-Saint-Georges, have revived the Édouard Delaunay wine merchant firm, founded in 1893 by Laurent’s great-grandfather. It offers a range of wines primarily from the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits, ranging from regional appellations to grand cru.
