A sun-dried white wine, similar to “vin de paille.” It boasts an exceptional richness in sugar and, naturally, complex aromas of currants, honey, and candied apricots. Though small in size, this bottle is a real treat—a wonderful dessert wine to enjoy after a 2002 “Vin Jaune de l’Étoile” by Philippe Vandel, paired with a Jura cheese platter.
