Les Graviers is a light, airy white wine that always has a very pleasant Burgundian character. This Arbois is very fruity and mineral on the nose, with toasty, floral, and spicy notes. On the palate, it is concentrated, mineral, and full-bodied. A surprising wine in more ways than one!

High-density staked vineyards, mass selection, aging in amphorae, extended macerations, and sulfur-free wines are just some of the strings Stéphane Tissot has added to his bow. Some fifty hectares of vineyards, cultivated biodynamically, make up one of the region’s most exciting estates.

About the estate:

What an incredible journey Stéphane Tissot has been on since 1990! The vineyard’s transition to organic farming began in 1999, and today it is cultivated using biodynamic methods. Regardless of the type of wine, everything is managed with talent and sensitivity, and the flavors are of perfect integrity. The Macvin wines are the finest in the region. The rustic character often imparted by the grape pomace is wonderfully integrated here! The reds and oxidative wines have acquired an unforgettable finesse and freedom of expression. The meticulous craftsmanship and the kaleidoscopic depth of the lineup undeniably place the estate at the pinnacle of regional wine production.
