The M30 cuvée, made from Mauzac grapes, impressed us with its outstanding ability to serve as an aperitif.

Aromas of ripe pears and cut grass. Fine, light bubbles. The acidity gives the wine great structure. Reine-Claude plums and lime with a very herbaceous profile—chervil and tarragon. Crisp and concentrated, already delicate. Superb balance—subtle, yet neither thin nor harsh.
