Françoise Antech-Gazeau masterfully leads this successful wine merchant, which has specialized in sparkling wines for six generations. Nearly one million bottles leave the cellars each year. A broad and highly consistent range of wines, of a high standard, with a clear focus on purity, minerality, and balance centered on freshness. The M30 cuvée, made from Mauzac grapes, impressed us with its remarkable ability to serve as an aperitif.

About the wine:

About the wine:
Aromas of ripe pears and cut grass. Fine, light bubbles. The acidity gives the wine great tension. Reine-Claude plum and lime with a very herbaceous character—chervil and tarragon. Crisp and concentrated, already delicate. Superb balance—subtle, yet neither thin nor harsh.
