"A flagship cuvée from Maison Antech, with a delicate effervescence. A quality Limoux wine made for the table and small budgets."

"All of the wines presented were selected by the judges, which is quite an achievement. Among them, Eugénie, with its delicate effervescence and very pale golden color, reveals a toasty nose and honeyed white flowers. A wine that combines fullness, roundness, finesse, and lightness on the palate, and which takes flight in an airy, very fresh finish, lingering on white fruits. A superb achievement." (Le Guide Hachette 2024).

Rated estate (2024 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)

About the estate:

Françoise Antech-Gazeau masterfully manages this successful wine merchant, which has specialized in sparkling wines for six generations. Nearly a million bottles leave the cellars each year. A wide range of very consistent wines of high quality, with a clear focus on purity, minerality, and freshness. The M30 cuvée, made from Mauzac grapes, impressed us with its wonderful aperitif qualities.
