Following in the footsteps of Xavier Vignon’s red Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Anonyme, here is the organic white Anonyme! A selection of different plots throughout the appellation, characterized by early ripening and limited yields. This wine, with its brilliant, crystal-clear golden color, offers a bouquet of citrus and lavender combined with a hint of orange zest. The palate is rich and concentrated, with a pronounced texture that is never excessive. Its long, fresh finish lends the wine both lightness and structure.

The Roussanne was harvested very early (late August 2020) and at a low sugar level to preserve high acidity; part of the harvest was vinified in oak barrels. The Clairette and Grenache Blanc were fermented at a low temperature to preserve the wine’s minerality.

4 months, partly in oak barrels with regular stirring for the Roussanne, and in stainless steel tanks for the Clairette and Grenache Blanc
