About the wine:
Floral, lovely, and crisp, with clean, pure fruit. The palate is supple, with well-balanced acidity, fruit, and tannins. A fine achievement for such a challenging vintage. It’s far superior to most others and will age better than most 2021s. Fermented in concrete tanks, aged for 12 months in barrels, with no new oak.
