Persia is a white wine produced from the estate's oldest vines on a plot of Roussanne. About the estate:
Nanou Barthélemy and her son Sébastien Vincenti acquired this property in 1995, built and regularly improved the cellar, and replanted the vineyard—50 hectares of organic land, cultivated using biodynamic methods, making Fondrèche one of the benchmarks of the Ventoux appellation.
