“A true reflection of the estate’s character”

The estate’s newest white wine, the Altineo cuvée, is the very embodiment of Fondrèche. A splendid white Ventoux that showcases the power of the old Roussanne vines—a great southern grape variety—the finesse of Clairette, and the aromatic character of Rolle, all set against the freshness of a great terroir. Lovely aromas of exotic fruits and white flowers waft from the nose. The attack is both round and lively, and the finish is sustained by a beautiful tension and a touch of salinity. A very pleasant wine on the palate!

About the estate:

Nanou Barthélemy and her son Sébastien Vincenti purchased this property in 1995, built the winery and regularly upgraded it, and replanted the vineyard—50 hectares of organic vineyards cultivated using biodynamic methods—thus establishing Fondrèche as one of the leading producers in the Ventoux appellation.
