Note: RVF 16/20
The Collita cuvée starts out as a Rimage, but its unique fermentation process (under the pomace) results in a Banyuls with a very distinct character and strong spicy notes. It displays an almost perfect balance and a remarkable interplay of fruit and charm. One of the estate’s newest releases, it is anything but lacking in generosity. A must-try!

<br/>

Guide des Vins Gault & Millau
Rated 2** stars (Successful production)
About the estate:
Dr. Parcé had undeniably left his mark on the estate and the Banyuls appellation as a whole, rooted in its magnificent schist terroirs. The Collioures, that is, the dry wines produced in the same geographical area, had until now given a good indication of this terroir and its potential. The challenge is great for Jean-Michel Parcé, the son, to maintain this high standard of quality.

Rated estate (2011 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking, and as such, all the estates listed here—even those without a star—represent, in our view, the pinnacle of French winemaking.)
About the estate:
Le Mas Blanc boasts the largest vineyards in Banyuls. It has been owned by the same family since 1639—the family of Dr. Parcé, a prominent local figure who passed away in 1998 and who was the driving force behind the estate for many years.
