Rimage La Coume is a unique and essential cuvée that all enthusiasts know well. Full of power and complexity, it comes from the highest quality part of the estate, on schist plots located at an altitude of 350 meters, bathed in sunshine, where Grenache Noir expresses itself beautifully. A great terroir where everything comes together to produce the finest Rimages. As Mr. Parcé says, "to be enjoyed now for its balance, or to be jealously guarded"!

Guide des Vins Gault & Millau

2-star rating (Successful production)

About the estate:

Dr. Parcé had undoubtedly left his mark on the estate and the Banyuls appellation as a whole, which is based on magnificent schist terroirs. The Collioures wines, i.e. the dry wines produced in the same geographical area, have until now given a good idea of this terroir and its potential. The challenge is great for Jean-Michel Parcé, the son, to maintain this level of quality.

Rated estate (2011 guide) Selected (Please note that this guide is a ranking and, as such, all the estates listed in it, even those without stars, represent, in our opinion, the excellence of French production.)

About the estate:

Le Mas Blanc has the largest vineyards in Banyuls. It has belonged to the same family since 1639, that of Dr. Parcé, a prominent local figure who passed away in 1998 and who was a driving force behind the estate for many years.
