The Domaine du Mas Blanc is located south of Perpignan, where the terraced vineyards of Banyuls and Collioure—which share the same appellation—are spread out across the Roussillon region. It is on the appellation’s finest terroirs that the Domaine du Mas Blanc, a leading representative of these two appellations, has always distinguished itself through the quality of its wines.

Domaine du Mas Blanc is a family-owned estate that respects and preserves the quality of its local wines. It embodies both the tradition and modernity of the Collioure and Banyuls appellations. Today, Jean-Michel Parcé, son of the renowned Dr. André Parcé—a prominent local figure who passed away in 1998—runs Domaine du Mas Blanc. As the guardian of the family tradition, he continues to vinify and age his wines in accordance with the teachings passed down to him, where human craftsmanship, the adaptation of grape varieties, and the expression of the soil take precedence—all of which reflect the passion of a local winemaker, infused with the distinctive terroir of Domaine du Mas Blanc.
