"You'd be crazy to miss out on this vintage!"

The high altitude of the Caramany terroir comes through beautifully in this blend of Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah, lending it a crisp, clean profile. Aging in one-year-old barrels imparts subtle woody notes, well-integrated tannins, structure, and lovely complexity. It pairs perfectly with meatballs and chili con carne.

Rated estate (2025 guide) 2*Stars (A solid, recommendable vintage, though slightly more consistent and uniform than the previous one)

About the wine:

This ruby-colored wine has a beautiful color, with great intensity and roundness on the palate, and a certain smoothness in the tannins.

About the estate:

The perfect choice for those who want to discover fine Languedoc wines that remain true to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without their own cellars. They age their selected vintages at the winemakers’ estates from whom they purchase them, preserving the original flavors and terroirs. A wide, delightful selection featuring many excellent wines and a few stunning surprises.
