"Light gold color. Delicately woody vanilla nose with hints of peach, honey, and heady flowers. Lively attack. The texture slowly develops, accompanied by an elegant fruity and woody palette. The sweet finish prolongs the pleasure." (Le Guide des Vins 2016 - Gilbert & Gaillard)

Rated estate (2025 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)

About the estate:

The ideal place for those who want to discover the best Languedoc wines that remain faithful to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without a cellar. They age selected vintages at the wineries where they purchase them, respecting the flavors and terroirs of origin. A wide range of delicious wines, including many successful vintages and a few amazing surprises.
