17/20
Jancis Robinson
With aromas of white flowers and flavors of white fruit, this white Languedoc wine is both full-bodied and easy to drink. The acidity is well-balanced. It is a dry, fresh wine, perfect for pairing with grilled white fish or fish baked in foil.

About the estate:
The perfect choice for those who want to discover fine Languedoc wines that remain true to their terroir. Jérôme Joseph and Laurent Calmel are wine merchants without their own cellars. I'm not a fan, but it's good value for money. Others liked it, but I didn't. It has a nice freshness and a bitter finish.
