Domaine Gauby

Domaine Gauby, located northwest of Perpignan, spans approximately 85 hectares, including 45 hectares of vineyards with vines up to 120 years old, and 40 hectares of meadows, oak forests, and garrigue with an incredible and unique aromatic complexity. This environment remains largely unspoiled—wild, arid, rugged, and rolling—resting on soils composed of limestone, marl, and schist.

At Gauby, the approach is to respect the environment and work in harmony with nature, avoiding chemical and synthetic products in favor of “homemade” preparations made from plants (more than twenty varieties) and other natural products such as essential oils and compost... At Domaine Gauby, the grapes are harvested by hand, and meticulous, traditional winemaking techniques allow the team to draw out the essence of the terroirs and pursue elegance and freshness in the wines, with the goal of preserving their natural balance.

Domaine Gauby produces red Côtes du Roussillon Villages that are distinguished, structured, and elegant, with strong aging potential in the top vintages, as well as Vins de Pays des Côtes Catalanes that express superb aromatic freshness in their white wines. Gauby wines are must-try selections for lovers of Roussillon “Grands Crus.”
