"A crisp and crunchy vintage!"

"This consistently excellent estate produces a delightful red wine with notes of red fruit against a floral and spicy backdrop. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and supple, with light tannins and a subtle acidity that enhances the strawberry and blackberry notes, leading to a lovely finish with hints of garrigue spices. Perfect with bowls of Picolat..." (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About the wine:

This consistently excellent estate produces a delicious red wine with notes of red berries against a floral and spicy backdrop. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and supple, with light tannins and a subtle acidity that enhances the strawberry and blackberry notes, leading to a lovely finish with hints of garrigue spices. It pairs perfectly with Picolat cheese.

About the estate:

Véronique Boudau and her brother Pierre have been at the helm of the family estate since 1993. They decided to breathe new life into the property, which spans some 50 hectares of excellent terroirs at the entrance to the Agly Valley. Their efforts have paid off: the entire production is bottled and sold, particularly through a network of restaurants and wine shops. A sure bet, the estate has begun the conversion of its vineyards to organic farming. Véronique’s daughter has just joined the venture.
