This fresh and fruity white wine has subtle notes of citrus, exotic fruits, and acacia. The attack is fresh and full-bodied with a beautiful harmony between flavors. The estate's signature style is evident in two strengths that come together: the complexity and accessibility of each cuvée.

About the estate:
Founded around 1850, this family estate has been passed down through six generations. Following in the footsteps of his father Louis, Didier Barré, who took over in 1983, contributed to the revival of Madiran, of which he was one of the standard-bearers. In 2017, sisters Claire and Marion Bortolussi (daughters of Alain Bortolussi of Ch. Viella) took over the reins of this flagship 25-hectare estate, forming a partnership with wine merchant Lionel Osmin to manage the estate and market its wines. The conversion to organic farming began in 2020.

Deep golden yellow color with pinkish highlights. Aromas of acacia flowers and quince. Lively attack, generous on the palate with great freshness. Tense and long finish. A beautiful Pacherenc!

Too young for my taste. The acidity has not yet blended into the whole. However, you can already sense its potential. Try again in a year.
