"A well-kept treasure in which flavors of brioche, lemon zest and freesia flowers intermingle, sublime!"

"The oak is a little more obvious here, but not dominant - light spice and oats. Generous rather than intense, round and of decent length. It develops on the palate and offers nice depth of flavor. 2026-2033" (Jancis Robinson 2024)

About the domain :

This ancient estate, which dates back to the 18th century, now covers 24 hectares. It is run by Roger Belland, who set up in 1981, his daughter Julie, who joined in 2003 and is in charge of vinification, and their new collaborator Martin Boyer. No certified organic farming here, but controlled, reasoned viticulture (total grassing of the vineyard, no weedkillers), and wines of great consistency.
