Notes: Gault Millau 16/20, RVF 15.5/20
"This Pommard plays on the expression of Pinot Noir with notes of cranberry, black plum, and spices. The texture on the palate is powerful without being excessive, with the finesse of Pinot coming through. (

About the estate:

An old estate, with records dating back to the 18th century, now covering 24 hectares. At its helm are Roger Belland, who took over in 1981, his daughter Julie, who joined in 2003 and is in charge of winemaking, and their new colleague Martin Boyer. No certified organic status here, but sustainable and controlled viticulture (total grass cover in the vineyard, no weedkillers), and wines of great consistency.
