“The estate’s signature style is evident in this cuvée, which has an expressive, precise, and refined nose, revealing notes of white fruit (ripe apple, juicy pear) and verbena. The palate is full-bodied, creamy, and chalky, revealing flavors of Granny Smith apple and earthy notes that lead to an energetic finish. The terroir of the grands crus is well represented. Serve as an aperitif or with langoustines en papillote, paired with a citrus sauce.” (Gault & Millau Wine Guide 2021)

About the estate:
Descended from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family’s 12-hectare vineyard. With the support of Christophe Constant, oenologist and head of production, they craft champagnes rooted in the terroir of Bouzy, a Grand Cru appellation.

About the wine:
Light gold color. A clean nose with hints of yellow fruit. A full-bodied attack that gives way to a lively mid-palate, lending freshness to the overall profile. The texture is refined, with pronounced fruit accompanied by subtle smoky notes. A good brut for an aperitif.
