"This Grand Cru honors its terroir with its eloquent charisma. The aromatic palette is complex, marked by spicy white fruit compote and juicy Williams pear. The palate reveals a masterful touch, with a rich texture of zesty citrus and a slight tension. Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled sea bream flambéed with fennel." About wine:

This Grand Cru honors its terroir with its eloquent charisma. The aromatic palette is complex, marked by spicy white fruit compote and juicy Williams pear. The palate reveals a masterful touch, with a rich texture of zesty citrus and a slight tension. Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled sea bream flambéed with fennel.

About the estate:

Coming from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12 hectares of vineyards. With the help of Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the Bouzy terroir, classified as Grand Cru.

About wine:

Beautiful golden yellow color. Expressive, racy nose combining yellow-fleshed fruits, ripe lemon notes, and minerality (flint). The palate seduces with its fullness, freshness, texture, fine bubbles, precision, and persistent aromas.
