"This Grand Cru honors its terroir with eloquent charisma. The aromatic palette is complex, marked by spicy stewed white fruit and juicy Williams pear. On the palate, the wine's expertise is evident in its rich, slightly taut mouthfeel of zesty citrus fruit. Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled royal bream flambéed with fennel". About the wine:

This Grand Cru honors its terroir with eloquent charisma. The aromatic palette is complex, marked by spicy stewed white fruit and juicy Williams pear. On the palate, the wine's expertise is evident in its rich, slightly taut mouthfeel of zesty citrus fruit. Enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled royal bream flambéed with fennel.

About the domain :

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12-hectare vineyard. Surrounded by Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the terroir of Bouzy, classified as a Grand Cru.

Gilbert & Gaillard

Gilbert & Gaillard

Wine rated (2019 guide) 91/100

About the wine:

Attractive golden yellow color. Expressive, racy nose, blending yellow-fleshed fruit, hints of ripe lemon, mineral dimension (gunflint). The mouth seduces with its fullness, freshness, texture and fine bubbles, and the precision and persistence of its aromas.
