"This iconic cuvée from the house offers a fresh, juicy, and crisp fruit nose, followed by notes of Savoy biscuit. The attack on the palate is clean and consistent. The finish is citrusy with a vinous finish. Serve as an aperitif or throughout a meal." (Le Guide des Vins Gault & Millau)

About the estate:

Coming from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family's 12 hectares of vineyards. With the help of Christophe Constant, oenologist and production manager, they produce champagnes rooted in the Bouzy terroir, classified as Grand Cru.
