About the wine:
This iconic cuvée from the house offers a fresh, juicy, and crisp fruit-forward nose, followed by notes of Savoy cake. The attack on the palate is clean and well-balanced. The mid-palate features stewed citrus fruits, leading to a vinous finish. Serve as an aperitif or throughout a meal.
About the estate:
Descended from a line of winemakers dating back to the 17th century, Rémi and Jean-René Brice cultivate the family’s 12-hectare vineyard. With the support of Christophe Constant, oenologist and head of production, they craft champagnes rooted in the terroir of Bouzy, a Grand Cru appellation.
